Carson Senators (Carson City, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), 60-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Carson upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Senators travel to Galena (Reno, NV) to play the Grizzlies in a bout on Saturday, January 6. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Galena lost 62-42 in their recent non-league bout against Douglas (Minden, NV)

Next up, the Raiders play the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Reed will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 78-43 league win over Carson (Carson City, NV).
