In Thursday's league outing, the Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI), by a margin of 74-30.
The Pointers (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI). The Blackhawks go into the non-league outing with a 10-5 record. In their last outing, Prairie du Chien smashed Lancaster (Lancaster, WI), 57-50, in a league outing.
