The Trinity Christian Lions (Lubbock, TX) basketball crushed the host Lake Country Christian Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 86-50 in Thursday's league test.
The Lions (16-6) will now prepare for their test against Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX). The Panthers go into the TAPPS 4A District 1 test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Pantego Christian was trounced by Grace Prep (Arlington, TX), 65-28, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 6-19 record. They play next when they host Midland Classical Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 1 test on Friday, January 6. Lake Country Christian will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 54-51 non-league win over Pecos (Pecos, TX). The Knights record now stands at 5-12.
