The North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT) basketball knocked off the host Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT), 47-37 in Thursday's league test.
The Nighthawks (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Stratford (Stratford, CT). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Stratford went down by Masuk (Monroe, CT), 50-44, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Law for a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset test on Tuesday, January 10. Lyman Hall will encounter a Lawmen squad coming off a 59-43 non-league win over Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Lawmen record now stands at 5-1.
