The Lyman Hall Trojans basketball team (Wallingford, CT), was nudged 44-39 in Friday's league battle with the host North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT)
The Nighthawks now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7. North Haven will battle a Gaels team coming off a 68-50 non-league loss to Law (Milford, CT). The Gaels record now stands at 5-11.
The Trojans (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Law (Milford, CT). The Lawmen come into the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Law edged Shelton (Shelton, CT), 68-50, in a non-league battle.
