Virginia High School Basketball - Southampton Academy knocked off by Brunswick Academy

The Brunswick Academy Vikings basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Southampton Academy Raiders to 21 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot for a contest on Tuesday, January 10. Brunswick Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 24-21 league loss to Grove Christian School (Richmond, VA). The Knights record now stands at 1-5.
The Raiders (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Greenbrier Christian Academy ran past Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA), 47-43, in a non-league contest.
