Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 82-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Lake Norman upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to clash with the Wolverines in a 4A Greater Metro bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 6-7. West Cabarrus lost 68-61 in their recent league bout against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Wonders clash with the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 9. A.L. Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 7-4 record after their 68-61 league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
