The Berkmar Patriots (Lilburn, GA) basketball knocked off the host Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA), 62-52 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Duluth (Duluth, GA). The Wildcats go into the AAAAAAA Region 7 test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Duluth went down by Walton (Marietta, GA), 65-51, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Discovery for a AAAAAAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, January 9. Meadowcreek will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 50-45 league loss to Norcross (Norcross, GA). The Titans record now stands at 2-13.
