The Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX), 57-43 in Friday's league test.

The Bengals (21-3) will now prepare for their test against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Lobos go into the 6A Region I District 5 test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Little Elm went down by Rock Hill (Frisco, TX), 77-63, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 14-8 record. They play next when they host Allen for a 6A Region I District 5 test on Tuesday, January 9. Prosper will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 71-52 league win over Guyer (Denton, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 20-4.
