Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Dawson Springs Panthers (Dawson Springs, KY), 65-49 in a league bout.

With the victory, Caldwell County upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Livingston Central (Smithland, KY) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 3-9.

Next up, the Panthers play the Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Dawson Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record.
