The Carteret Ramblers (Carteret, NJ) basketball crushed the host Kennedy Memorial Mustangs (Iselin, NJ), 61-30 in Friday's league test.

The Ramblers (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the Greater Middlesex - Blue test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Metuchen was trounced by Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ), 58-52, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host South River for a non-league test on Monday, January 8. Kennedy Memorial will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 77-41 league loss to Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 3-5.
