Kahuku Red Raiders (Kahuku, HI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Castle Knights (Kaneohe, HI), 91-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Kahuku upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Red Raiders host McKinley (Honolulu, HI) to play the Tigers in a Oahu - East II bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-12. McKinley lost 73-50 in their recent non-league bout against Kaimuki (Honolulu, HI)

Next up, the Knights play the Kailua Surfriders (Kailua, HI) in a Oahu - East I bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Castle will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Surfriders go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 81-52 non-league win over Farrington (Honolulu, HI).
