With the win, Dime Box upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Buckholts (Buckholts, TX) to play the Badgers in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Badgers go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Buckholts lost 75-11 in their recent league bout against North Zulch (North Zulch, TX)

Next up, the Cubs play the McDade Bulldogs (McDade, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Round Top-Carmine will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 91-35 league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX).
