The Huntington Locomotives basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Pine Eagle Spartans to 50 in the Locomotives non-league victory on Friday.

The Locomotives now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie City for a contest on Friday, January 12. Huntington will battle a Panthers team coming off a 52-50 league win over Jordan Valley (Jordan Valley, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 5-9.

The Spartans (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-Valley (Cambridge, ID). The Titans come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Tri-Valley was nudged by Gooding (Gooding, ID), 78-46, in a non-league contest.
