The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets basketball team (Brooklet, GA), dropped 67-47 in Friday's league battle with the visiting New Hampstead Phoenix (Savannah, GA)
The Phoenix now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne County for a AAAA Region 3 battle on Tuesday, January 9. New Hampstead will battle a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 70-65 league loss to Burke County (Waynesboro, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 3-10.
The Yellow Jackets (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bryan County (Pembroke, GA). The Redskins come into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Bryan County beat Screven County (Sylvania, GA), 83-47, in a league battle.
