The King George Foxes (King George, VA) basketball knocked off the host Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA), 51-42 in Friday's league test.

The Foxes (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA). The Knights go into the Battlefield test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Spotsylvania notched a victory over Eastern View (Culpeper, VA), 42-38, in a league test.

The Cavaliers now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Chancellor for a Battlefield test on Tuesday, January 9. Caroline will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 57-6 league win over Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 10-2.
