The Conquistadores travel to Parkland (El Paso, TX) to confront the Matadors in a 5A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 3-15. Parkland lost 23-21 in their recent league challenge against Ysleta (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Scorpions confront the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Horizon will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 52-28 league win over Bel Air (El Paso, TX).
