The Falcons now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mahnomen/Waubun for a A Section 8 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Fertile-Beltrami will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 46-34 non-league loss to Park Christian (Moorhead, MN). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 4-8.

The Knights (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Ada-Borup/Norman County West (Ada, MN). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Ada-Borup/Norman County West beat Hillsboro/Central Valley (Buxton, ND), 57-43, in a non-league battle.
