With the victory, Hickory improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA) to confront the Dolphins in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Dolphins come into the challenge with a record of 4-7.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA) in a Southeastern challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Great Bridge will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record.
