With the victory, Turner Ashby betters its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA) to battle the Wildcats in a Valley contest on Tuesday, January 9. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 1-11. Rockbridge County lost 70-16 in their recent league contest against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA)

The Blue Streaks (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Dragons come into the Valley contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, William Monroe was routed by Broadway (Broadway, VA), 57-25, in a league contest.
