The St. Catherine of Siena Academy basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Lutheran North Mustangs to 31 in the league victory on Friday.
The now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Foley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. St. Catherine of Siena Academy will battle a Ventures team coming off a 37-29 non-league loss to Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Ventures record now stands at 2-4.
The Mustangs (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Cabrini (Allen Park, MI). The Monarchs come into the Catholic C-D D contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Cabrini was defeated by St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), 70-25, in a league contest.
