The Hickory Red Tornadoes basketball team (Hickory, NC), dropped 55-47 in Friday's league battle with the host North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC)

The Knights now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Iredell for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. North Lincoln will battle a Raiders team coming off a 62-59 non-league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 6-4.

The Red Tornadoes (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, St. Stephens dropped by North Iredell (Olin, NC), 62-59, in a non-league battle.
