With the victory, James Wood improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Liberty (Bealeton, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Liberty won 43-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Warren County (Front Royal, VA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Sherando will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 53-23 non-league loss to Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA).
