The Torrance Tartars (Torrance, CA) basketball crushed the visiting El Segundo Eagles (El Segundo, CA), 69-45 in Friday's league test.
The Tartars (8-12) will now prepare for their test against West (Torrance, CA). The Warriors go into the Pioneer test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, West was trounced by Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA), 63-57, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host South for a Pioneer test on Monday, January 9. El Segundo will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 41-27 league loss to North (Torrance, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 8-11.
