Texas High School Basketball - Fruitvale ripped by North Hopkins

The North Hopkins Panthers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Fruitvale Bobcats to 18 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alba-Golden for a 2A Region II District 15 contest on Tuesday, January 10. North Hopkins will battle a Panthers team coming off a 76-17 league win over Fruitvale (Fruitvale, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 9-9.
The Bobcats (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Como-Pickton (Como, TX). The Eagles enter the 2A Region II District 15 contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Como-Pickton was routed by Boles (Quinlan, TX), 63-55, in a league contest.
