In Friday's non-league outing, the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad edged the visiting Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), by a margin of 55-51.
The Huskies (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 10-5 record. In their last outing, Rio Rancho held off Hobbs (Hobbs, NM), 86-78, in a non-league outing.
The Demons now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Espanola Valley for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 12.
