The Broncos now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Hill for a 6A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Boyd will confront a Blue Hawks team coming off a 43-35 league win over Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 13-6.
The Lions (14-9) will now prepare for their battle against Guyer (Denton, TX). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region I District 5 battle with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Guyer was toppled by Allen (Allen, TX), 78-56, in a league battle.
