With the victory, Valley Christian improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Wellsville (Wellsville, OH) to confront the Tigers in a Eastern Ohio challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Wellsville lost 47-40 in their recent league challenge against Toronto (Toronto, OH)

Next up, the Indians confront the Frontier Cougars (New Matamoras, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Southern will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
