With the victory, Edgewood improves its record to 18-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX) to play the Indians in a 3A Region II District 12 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Grand Saline lost 77-36 in their recent league challenge against Commerce (Commerce, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Prairiland Patriots (Pattonville, TX) in a 3A Region II District 12 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Chisum will attempt to improve on its 11-15 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-17 record after their 46-22 non-league loss to Paris HomeSchool (Paris, TX).
