In Friday's league outing, the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) basketball squad nipped the host R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC), by a margin of 53-50.
The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC). The Red Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, T.W. Andrews got by West Stokes (King, NC), 50-20, in a league outing.
The Demons now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Forsyth for a 4A Conference 56 outing on Tuesday, January 10. R.J. Reynolds will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 50-35 league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC). The Titans record now stands at 7-7.
