Virginia High School Basketball - East Rockingham knocked off by Luray

The Luray Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting East Rockingham Eagles to 33 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Strasburg for a Bull Run contest on Tuesday, January 10. Luray will meet a Rams team coming off a 59-36 league win over Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Rams record now stands at 10-1.
The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Central Woodstock was defeated by Page County (Shenandoah, VA), 51-45, in a league contest.
