Luray Bulldogs (Luray, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA), 46-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Luray upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to play the Rams in a Bull Run bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Strasburg won 44-31 in their recent league bout against Rappahannock County (Washington, VA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. East Rockingham will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 61-40 league win over Page County (Shenandoah, VA).
