The Paradise Bobcats basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Live Oak Lions to 36 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pierce for a Sacramento Valley contest on Monday, January 9. Paradise will battle a Bears team coming off a 58-33 league win over Winters (Winters, CA). The Bears record now stands at 12-2.

The Lions (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Durham (Durham, CA). The Trojans come into the Sacramento Valley contest with a 6-9 record.
