The Rockford Warriors basketball team (Rockford, IA), was overwhelmed 54-20 in Friday's league battle with the visiting North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA)
The Bearcats now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwood-Kensett for a Corn Bowl battle on Tuesday, January 10.
The Warriors (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA). The Vikings come into the Corn Bowl battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Northwood-Kensett was overwhelmed by Riceville (Riceville, IA), 55-44, in a non-league battle.
