The Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) basketball crushed the host Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA), 66-29 in Friday's non-league test.
The Green Hornets (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Fort Defiance walloped Riverheads (Staunton, VA), 42-24, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Waynesboro for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. Buffalo Gap will encounter a Little Giants squad coming off a 48-26 non-league loss to Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Little Giants record now stands at 1-8.
