The Lincolnton Wolves basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting West Caldwell Warriors to 35 in the Wolves non-league victory on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Burke for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Warriors (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, West Lincoln was defeated by Newton-Conover (Newton, NC), 50-43, in a non-league contest.
