Indiana High School Basketball - Monroe Central topped by Winchester Community

The Winchester Community Golden Falcons basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Monroe Central Golden Bears to 41 in the Golden Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Falcons now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hagerstown for a Tri-Eastern contest on Friday, January 12. Winchester Community will battle a Tigers team coming off a 78-54 non-league loss to Northeastern (Fountain City, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-6.
The Golden Bears (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Shenandoah (Middletown, IN). The Raiders come into the Mid-Eastern contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Shenandoah dropped by Tri (Straughn, IN), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
