    The Lexington Minutemen basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Wooster Generals to 60 in the Minutemen league victory on Saturday.

    The Minutemen now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Holmes for a Ohio Cardinal contest on Thursday, January 11. Lexington will battle a Knights team coming off a 61-29 league win over Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH). The Knights record now stands at 7-4.

    The Generals (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH). The Rams come into the Ohio Cardinal contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Madison Comprehensive was nudged by West Holmes (Millersburg, OH), 61-29, in a league contest.
