Ohio High School Basketball - Lexington can't hold off Wooster

The Wooster Generals basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Lexington Minutemen to 59 in the Generals league victory on Thursday.
The Generals now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 14. Wooster will battle a Polar Bears team coming off a 59-30 non-league win over Ellet (Akron, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 18-3.
The Minutemen (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Shelby (Shelby, OH). The Whippets come into the non-league contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Shelby edged Pleasant (Marion, OH), 52-34, in a league contest.
