The Proviso East Pirates (Maywood, IL) basketball felled the host Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL), 17-7 in Saturday's league test.
The Pirates (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Addison Trail (Addison, IL). The Blazers go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Addison Trail was beaten by Proviso East (Maywood, IL), 39-25, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Conant for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 10.
