The Central Cass Squirrels were victorious over the visiting Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers basketball squad by a final score of 64-55 in Monday's league outing.
Next, the Squirrels clash with the Wahpeton Huskies (Wahpeton, ND) in a A Region 1 outing, on Thursday, January 9. Central Cass will attempt to upgrade on its 10-0 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 3-7 record after their 60-47 league loss to Valley City (Valley City, ND).
The Grovers (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Northern Cass (Hunter, ND). The Jaguars enter the A Region 1 outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Northern Cass was defeated by Kindred (Kindred, ND), 66-55, in a league outing.
