The Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND) basketball defeated the host Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers (Fargo, ND), 68-57 in Monday's league outing.
Next, the Squirrels clash with the Wahpeton Huskies (Wahpeton, ND) in a A Region 1 outing, on Thursday, February 6. Central Cass will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Huskies come into the outing with a 6-12 record after their 62-22 league win over Lisbon (Lisbon, ND).
The Grovers (9-10) will now prepare for their outing against Northern Cass (Hunter, ND). The Jaguars come into the A Region 1 outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, Northern Cass was defeated by Kindred (Kindred, ND), 57-33, in a league outing.
