New Mexico High School Basketball - Penasco overwhelmed by Mora

The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Penasco Panthers to 23 in the Rangers/Rangerettes non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rangers/Rangerettes now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rehoboth Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Mora will battle a Lynx team coming off a 54-28 non-league win over Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Lynx record now stands at 4-6.
The Panthers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM). The Braves come into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Santa Fe Indian triumphed over Dulce (Dulce, NM), 51-36, in a non-league contest.
