Maryland High School Basketball - NC GBB Academy National can't hold off Mt. Zion Prep Academy

The Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting NC GBB Academy National Eagles to 68 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Warriors now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverdale Baptist for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10. Mt. Zion Prep Academy will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 63-47 league win over Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-11.
The Eagles (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Winston-Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Lions enter the Freelance contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Winston-Salem Christian nudged Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC), 60-53, in a non-league contest.
