With the victory, Belgreen advances its record to 9-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Covenant Christian (Tuscumbia, AL) to meet the Eagles in a 2A Area 14 match on Friday, January 10. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-12.

The Bobcats now own a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheffield for a 3A Area 15 match on Thursday, January 9.
