The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) and the visiting East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL), observed Morton's basketball team overwhelm East Peoria by a score of 76-49.

The Potters (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Eagles go into the Mid-Illini game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Dunlap was ripped by Rock Island (Rock Island, IL), 78-64, in a non-league game.

With the loss, East Peoria falls to 11-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Metamora (Metamora, IL) to play the Redbirds in a Mid-Illini game on Saturday, January 11. The Redbirds go into the game with a record of 15-3. Metamora won 77-44 in their recent league game against Limestone (Bartonville, IL)
