South Carolina High School Basketball - Williston-Elko defeats Horse Creek Academy

The Williston-Elko Blue Devils (Williston, SC) basketball were winner over the visiting Horse Creek Academy Stallions (Aiken, SC), 72-60 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler for a A Region 3 bout on Friday, January 10. Williston-Elko will play a Trojans team coming off a 55-48 league loss to Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Horse Creek Academy falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Stallions host Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC) to play the War Eagles in a A Region 3 bout on Friday, January 10. The War Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Wagener-Salley won 41-40 in their recent league bout against Ridge Spring-Monetta (Monetta, SC)
