Illinois High School Basketball - Cary-Grove routs Crystal Lake Central

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Cary-Grove Trojans basketball team scored a big 49-17 triumph over the Crystal Lake Central Tigers.

The Trojans (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators go into the Fox Valley contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Crystal Lake South was trounced by Belvidere (Belvidere, IL), 46-39, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 8. Crystal Lake Central will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Thunder go into the contest with a 3-10 record after their 57-23 non-league loss to Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL).
