South Carolina High School Basketball - Cheraw overwhelms North Central

The Cheraw Braves basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host North Central Knights to 21 in the Braves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Braves now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 9. Cheraw will battle a Eagles team coming off a 66-46 league loss to Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-11.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) in a AA Region 4 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. North Central will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record.
