West Port Wolf Pack (Ocala, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL), 47-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Port upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Wolf Pack travel to North Marion (Citra, FL) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 3-4.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 59-55 non-league loss to Newberry (Newberry, FL).
